We are looking for Equity partners for various projects.
Our projects that we develop and offer the financing service must have a
ROI of >20%.
Finance
DEBT
We usually arrange our debt financing with local banks or Dutch banks operating in the region. In some cases, the investor may also take part in debt financing combined with his equity part.
For deb financing, we work with a term of 7 to 10 years.
